By creating an account or using AI Cart, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. Your account

Give us correct details when you sign up. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share logins or pretend to be another business; give staff their own login under Branches and team instead.

2. What you can use AI Cart for

AI Cart lets you take orders on WhatsApp and the web, keep your catalogue, and track deliveries. Do not use it to:

send spam, or break WhatsApp or Meta Commerce policies;
sell illegal, fake or banned goods;
attack, probe or reverse-engineer AI Cart.

3. Plans and billing

You pay for the package you choose. Every payment and wallet charge is listed in Billing and Wallet in the portal. Unused wallet balance is handled under our refund policy.

4. Uptime and support

We work to keep AI Cart running all the time, but we cannot promise it will never be down. When we plan maintenance, or a provider we depend on (such as WhatsApp) has an outage, we will tell you as soon as we can.
