Refund policy

How plans, wallet top-ups and refunds work, in plain terms.

1. Free plan

You can start on the Free plan. It costs nothing and does not need a card.

2. Paid plans

Paid plans run monthly or yearly. They do not renew on their own: if you do not pay for the next period, the plan simply ends. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the current period.

3. Wallet top-ups

Money in your wallet does not expire while your account is open. If you close your account, you can ask for the unused balance back (bonus credits are not refunded). We check each request and pay eligible refunds within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Asking for a refund

Email billing@odoonic.com with your company ID and the payment receipt.
